Stealth Heat Co. does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final unless your product arrives defective or non-functional.
If your product is not working upon arrival, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear video proof showing the issue. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you may choose between a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement unit.
Refunds and replacements are only available for approved defective-product claims. Issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper use, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear may not qualify.
